Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
This page is a general-purpose draft and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before it is relied on as a complete legal document.
This Privacy Policy explains how VoxRig, published by ANMJD LLC ("we", "us", "VoxRig"), collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit voxrig.com (the "Site"). It is written primarily with U.S. visitors and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) in mind, since VoxRig's audience is US-based. A section for visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland is included below.
Who we are
- ANMJD LLC
- Registered agent: Northwest Registered Agent LLC, 1001 S Main St Ste 600, Kalispell, MT 59901
- Email: contact@voxrig.com
Information we collect
- Usage and device data (through Google Analytics, loaded with Google Tag Manager): pages viewed, links clicked (including clicks on affiliate links), referring pages, approximate location (country/region), device type, browser and operating system.
- Advertising and measurement identifiers (through Google Ads, Google AdSense and the Meta Pixel): cookie identifiers, advertising click identifiers, and events such as page views and affiliate link clicks, used to measure and improve advertising.
- Technical data: IP address and standard browser log data, processed by our hosting provider.
- Information you provide directly: your email address if you sign up for our newsletter or contact us, and the content of your message.
- Your privacy choice: your cookie preference is stored in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers.
We do not knowingly collect "sensitive personal information" as defined by the CCPA/CPRA (such as government IDs, precise geolocation or financial account details).
Where the information comes from
Directly from you (for example, when you enter your email address), and automatically from your browser or device when you use the Site.
How we use information
- Operating, securing, and improving the Site;
- Understanding how visitors use the Site (analytics);
- Displaying, measuring and improving advertising, including through Google-served ads and Meta advertising;
- Tracking affiliate referrals (for example, through the Amazon Associates program and gaming affiliate networks) so we can be credited for qualifying actions;

Sale and sharing of personal information
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, we use advertising and analytics tools from Google and Meta that receive cookie identifiers and information about your activity on the Site (such as pages viewed and clicks on affiliate links). Under the CCPA/CPRA, this can count as a "sale" or as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. In the past 12 months, the categories of personal information disclosed this way were: identifiers, internet or other network activity, and approximate geolocation. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose and share about you;
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it, as explained above);
- Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
How to exercise your rights: email contact@voxrig.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request to know, delete or correct. You may use an authorized agent. We respond within 45 days, and may extend that period once by another 45 days when reasonably necessary, in which case we will tell you.
How to opt out of sale or sharing
- Click the link below (also available in the footer of every page) and choose "Do Not Sell or Share". This turns off analytics and advertising cookies on the browser you are using.
- Or send the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. When your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser and turn analytics and advertising cookies off automatically.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Your choice applies to the browser or device where you make it. If you clear your browser storage, you may need to make it again.
Visitors from the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland
VoxRig is aimed at a US audience, but we welcome visitors from Europe. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we do not use analytics or advertising cookies until you click "Accept" on our banner; the default is off. You can withdraw consent at any time with the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer — it reopens the same banner, shown to you in the Accept/Reject form. You have the right to request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us at contact@voxrig.com. Our providers process data in the United States and elsewhere, under the safeguards described in their own documentation.
Cookies
Details on the cookies we use and how to manage them are in our Cookie Policy.
Children's privacy
VoxRig is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Data retention
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes above. The retention period for data held by Google, Meta and our other providers depends on their policies and on the settings of our accounts with them. Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
